Safety tips
While we verify all users, always practice caution.
Meet in public
For first meetings, choose a public space like a coffee shop or the Diag.
Verify identity
Only communicate with verified users. Ask for student ID if needed.
Document everything
Get agreements in writing before exchanging money.
Secure payments
Never wire money upfront. Use traceable methods.
Trust your instincts
If something feels off, walk away from the deal.
Visit in person
Always see the property before signing anything.
